Hostellerie Lafarque, a former manor of a wool baron, is nowadays the centre of Walloon gastronomy. The guests are welcomed in a calm and peaceful atmosphere in a wooded parc of 13 hectares.  The estate is located in the heart of "l’Ardenne Bleue", halfway between Spa and Chaudfontaine, bathing in the Vesdre.

The owner, former manager of a  hotel school in Switzerland, combines Swiss thoroughness with Belgian warmheartedness . The manageress combines exclusivity and hospitality  and the chef, coming from the Jura region, presents his own interpretation of the French culinary tradition. Together they welcome you in an oasis of tranquillity and softness, balancing between tradition and modernity .

This elegant mix is repeated in the restaurant’s menu where regional products, wild herbs and the best vegetables from their kitchen garden go nicely together with  fine spices from all over the world.
